* Fix annotations in year 2038

Fixes #3050

* Ensure 32-bit systems work better after 2038

Without this patch, their 32-bit signed long int could overflow.

This patch was done while working on reproducible builds for openSUSE.

4ebd0ffb39 make TDB2.undo non-public 
The stats command calls an API to provide this information in a way that
will still be relevant for TaskChampion, while CmdInfo's access to the
data remains.  The TaskChampion interface for per-task hitsory is still
not ready.

c8cfcec48b Make TDB2.backlog non-public 
The stats command gets this information from an API that will also work
for TaskChampion.  The sync command still accesses the field directly,
as the command must be completely rewritten for TaskChampion.

4f156c407c Recur: Migrated recurrence from Date to ISO8601d 
- Changed signature of recur functions, which needed a main.h change, which led
  to removing '#include <Date.h>' from main.h, which necessitated adding the
  sam include to various other source files.  Temporarily.
- Added 'ISO8601d ISO8601d::operator+ (time_t)', because of differences from the
  original Date object.

d03c4cda8a Build Error 
- Many files were missing an explicit cmake.h include.  Some were not including
  it at all.  Now it's used almost everywhere.
