b09351c517 Task Validation 
- Fixed validation bug whereby recurring child tasks inherited the
  parent status ("recurring") instead of the expected "pending".
- Modified 'add' command to code duplicated in Task::validate.
- Cleaned up associated bug.period.t unit test.
