0faf7fa8ee Config - defaults 
- Config is now providing a default set of all configuration variables.
- The default set is used to both initialize a Config object, and to
  create a sample .taskrc.

ef7c5dc4eb Unit Tests 
- The unit tests needed a little love after "undelete" went away, and
  "undo" changed.
- Fixed a few tests that were broken.

  characters.
- Unit tests for shadow file update notification.
