Enhancement - Hooks

- Implemented pre-completed, post-completed events.
- Added debug info for event triggers.
- Removed support for pre-file-unlock, post-file-unlock, as they are
  called from TDB::~TDB in Context::~Context, which is after Hooks::~Hooks,
  which means segfault.
