Blank Durations

Browse Source 
- Instead of dispalying '-' for a zero-length duration, nothing is ('') is
  displayed instead.  This allows a completely empty duration column to be
  culled by the rc.print.empty.columns=no feature.
- Unit tests updated accordingly.
