Expressions

- Commented out troublesome "distance_from_command" code.
- Commented out DOM diagnostics, for now.
- Commented out TDB2 diagnostics, for now.
- Category "seq" arguments are now assigned type "exp".
- All type "exp" arguments are now tokenized.
